Refund policy
nser has no cancel button. Refunds happen automatically when a deal breaks one of its rules, or after a dispute.
Last updated 16 October 2026.
Before you pay
A brand can decline or let a deal request lapse at any time before paying. Nothing is charged until the brand pays on the deal page.
Automatic refunds
nser refunds the brand without anyone asking when:
- The creator misses the deadline by more than 3 days: full refund.
- A post is deleted before it has been live 7 days and is not reposted within 3 days: full refund.
- A post is deleted after day 7 but before the live period ends and is not reposted within 3 days: the 30% still held is refunded.
- An ambassador campaign reaches its end date with work undelivered: the undelivered part is refunded.
Disputes
If a creator breaks a term of the deal, the brand raises a dispute on the deal page within the 72-hour review window for that step, saying which term was broken. A dispute holds only the money not yet paid out for that deal. nser reviews the deal page and its chat and decides: approve the work, ask for a repost, replace the creator, or refund the unpaid part. Money already approved and paid out is final.
Digital products from a creator’s store
Products in a creator’s store are sold by that creator; nser runs the checkout and delivery. Digital products can’t be returned once delivered. You get a full refund if the file is broken, doesn’t open, or never reaches you and nser or the creator can’t fix it. Write to hello@nser.in with the link to your order page.
How refunds are paid
Refunds go back to the original payment method within 7 working days of being approved. nser issues a GST credit note for the refunded amount.
