Questions, answered
For creators
Do I pay nser anything?
No. Your page is free, and on deals that come through your link you keep 100% of your price. The brand pays nser’s fee on top. Money only moves one way: brand to nser to you. If anyone claiming to be nser asks you for money, it isn’t us.
When do I get paid?
It depends on the deal. For a post, 70% comes in the weekly payout after it has been live 7 days, and 30% when the live period ends (30 days by default). UGC and event deals are paid in full within 48 hours of approval. Ambassador campaigns are paid per approved piece.
How do I know the brand will actually pay?
The brand pays nser before you start. Your deal page shows “Budget secured ✅” once the money is in, so you never film on trust.
What if the brand goes quiet after I send the draft?
The brand has 72 hours to respond at each step. If it says nothing, the work counts as approved and your money keeps moving.
How many changes can a brand ask for?
Up to 2 rounds, and only within the original brief.
Can a brand cancel and take the money back?
There is no cancel button after payment. A brand can only get money back through the automatic rules (for example, a missed deadline) or a dispute that names a term you broke. Money already paid out to you is final. See the Refund policy.
Why can’t I share my number in the chat?
Until a deal is paid, phone numbers, emails, UPI IDs and handles are hidden automatically. Talking on nser keeps a record, and if anything goes wrong, that chat is your proof.
When do you ask for my PAN?
Only at your first payout, along with your bank details. It is stored encrypted and never shown on your page.
Is tax deducted from my payout?
No TDS is deducted from creator payouts right now. That can change as nser grows, and any deduction will show on your payout. You still pay your own income tax.
Why do my stats say “self-reported”?
Until nser can check numbers directly with Instagram and YouTube, your stats are shown as the numbers you gave.
Which brands can’t book me through nser?
Real-money gaming and betting, alcohol and tobacco (including surrogate ads), and financial advice from people not registered to give it.
For brands
How do I book a creator?
Open the creator’s nser link, tap “Work with me”, and send your brief, budget and deadline. The creator accepts, suggests a price or declines.
What will I pay?
The creator’s price, plus nser’s fee, plus 18% GST. The deal page shows the exact split before you pay, and you get one GST invoice from nser.
Who is my contract with?
nser. We engage the creator to deliver the work, so you deal with one company.
Can I deduct TDS?
On deals over ₹30,000 you can tick “I’ll deduct TDS” at checkout, pay 1% less, and share the certificate.
What if the creator misses the deadline?
If the draft is more than 3 days late, you get a full refund automatically.
What if the post is deleted early?
The creator must repost within 3 days. If not, you get a full refund when it came down before day 7, or the 30% still held after that.
Can I get the creator’s phone number?
No. Everything happens in the deal page chat, which is also the record if there is a dispute.
Can I run ads with the content?
Yes, as a priced add-on. The number of days is written on the deal page.
