Who we are. nser is run by Avinash Acharya V as a sole proprietorship, Bengaluru, Karnataka, GSTIN 29ETZPA3185E1Z7. Contact: hello@nser.in.

What we collect

Creators

• Your page: name, handle, email, the line you’re known for, niche, city, languages, stats and links.
• At your first payout only: PAN and bank details. PAN is stored encrypted, never shown on your page, and used only for tax.

Brands

• Business name, contact email, website, category and GSTIN if you give it.

Buyers in a creator’s store

• Name, email, mobile number and what you bought. Used to take the payment through Razorpay, deliver the product and handle refunds. The creator sees sales totals, not your details.

Everyone on a deal

• The brief, the deal chat and every step of the deal. Until a deal is paid, phone numbers, emails, UPI IDs and social handles in chat messages, and contact details in the brief, are replaced before saving, so we never store them.
• Payment records from Razorpay. We never see or store card details.

Why we use it

• To show creator pages and run deals: requests, chat, approvals and payouts.
• To issue GST invoices and meet tax law.
• To settle disputes, using the deal page and its chat as the record.
• To email you when something on your deal needs you.

Who we share it with

• The other side of your deal sees what is on the deal page. Your contact details are never shared.
• Cloudflare hosts nser and its database.
• Razorpay processes brand payments and creator payouts.
• Tax authorities, when the law requires it.

Instagram and YouTube

Instagram (only if you connect it). When you click “Connect Instagram”, we receive your Instagram username, profile photo, account type, follower and post counts, and insights such as reach, views, engagement and audience breakdown (age range, gender, top cities and countries). Audience data is aggregated; we never see individual followers. We use this only to show these stats on your own nser page and media kit, which brands see when booking you. We don’t sell it, use it for advertising, or share it with anyone else. We refresh it regularly. You can disconnect at any time from your dashboard or from Instagram (Settings → Website permissions → Apps and websites). After you disconnect, we delete your Instagram data within 7 days. YouTube (only if you connect it). nser uses YouTube API Services. By connecting YouTube you agree to the YouTube Terms of Service. Google’s Privacy Policy applies to how Google handles your data. We receive your channel name, subscriber, view and video counts, and audience analytics (age group, gender, country; aggregated). We use this only to show these stats on your own nser page and media kit. We don’t sell it or share it. We refresh it at least every 30 days and delete anything we can’t refresh. You can disconnect at any time from your dashboard, or revoke nser’s access on Google’s security settings page. After you disconnect, we delete your YouTube data within 7 days. Deleting data on nser does not delete anything on YouTube. Privacy questions or complaints: hello@nser.in (grievance officer details below).

nser’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Cookies

nser uses one cookie to keep you signed in. No advertising or tracking cookies.

How long we keep it

Deal records, invoices and payout records are kept as long as tax law requires. Everything else is deleted when you close your account.

Your rights

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 you can ask to see, correct or delete your data, withdraw consent, and name someone to act for you. Write to hello@nser.in.

Grievance officer

nser is only for people aged 18 and over.
