Why your number stays hidden until the brand pays

A brand messages you about a reel. Two lines in, they ask for your WhatsApp “to discuss faster”. Then the brief changes on a call nobody wrote down, the deadline moves, and two months later you are scrolling back through voice notes trying to prove what was agreed.

On nser, that conversation happens in the chat on your deal page. Until the brand has paid, any phone number, email, UPI ID, WhatsApp request or Instagram handle typed into the chat is replaced with:

[contact hidden – share after the deal is booked]

The chat is your proof

If a brand later says you missed something in the brief, nser looks at the deal page and its chat to decide. Every message, price and approval is there with a time on it. A call or a WhatsApp thread is your word against theirs.

No one can ask you for money

Money on nser only moves one way: brand to nser to you. Hiding UPI IDs means nobody can slip a “registration fee” into the chat. If anyone claiming to be nser asks you to pay, it isn’t us.

After payment, it relaxes

Once the brand has paid, the money is safe with nser and your deal shows “Budget secured ✅”. Event deals in particular need day-of contact, so hiding can relax at that point.

What it doesn’t do

It won’t stop a brand that finds you on Instagram and DMs you there. What keeps deals on nser is simpler: you keep 100% of your price, the money is held before you start, and the brand gets one GST invoice. Hiding contacts just means nser never hands over the shortcut.
